Base pay: $15.00/hr – $17.00/hr full benefits package is available.

Responsibilities
- Meticulously upkeep grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office parking lots, and other community buildings.
- Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment community daily.
- Assist in preparing market-ready units, including trash outs before make‑ready.
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager with assigned maintenance tasks promptly.
- Assist in cleaning available apartments.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical problems.
- Report maintenance concerns for repairs in apartments, models, clubhouse, or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Maintain curb appeal.
- Uphold all company policies, goals, and values.
- Represent the community professionally at all times, on and off property.
- Deliver communication documentation to residents.
- Contribute to resident retention programs.
- Immediately report unsafe conditions and ensure they are corrected timely.
- Observe all company, local, state, and federal safety rules.
- Snow removal as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Familiarity with hand tools and maintenance equipment (blowers, chainsaws, edgers, rakes, clippers, hedge trimmers, lawnmowers).
- At least 2 years of experience as a crew member in landscaping for residential or commercial properties.
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to job sites.
Physical Requirements
The employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands, handle, feel, hear, speak, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work outside in all weather conditions, including hot, cold, and inclement weather. The employee must frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with property management software is desired.

Compensation
$15 – $17 hourly.
