We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly trustworthy Cleaning Professional to support the upkeep of our commercial, residential and vacation properties. This position begins at 15–20 hours per week with strong potential to expand into a full-time property and household management role for the right candidate.

• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization across commercial, residential and vacation properties.
• Manage and order commercial cleaning and household supplies following a set budget.
• Perform interior upkeep of a truck fleet (vacuuming, dashboard wipe-downs, etc.).
• Travel within Omaha and Southwest Iowa (up to 60 miles).
• Uphold strict standards of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning with strong, verifiable references.
• Transportation: mileage reimbursement or access to a company vehicle will be provided when necessary.
• Ability to pass background, drug, and credit checks.
• Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and NDA.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• $24–$27 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
