DC Logistics Associate – Data Center Operations

Weekend Day Shift: Friday – Monday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to play a critical role in the seamless operation of our data center. This position is vital to ensuring efficient data center operation and requires a candidate who excels in managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, maintain accurate records, perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents and packaging, upload, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments, transport inventory by hand using material handling equipment.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, assist with disposal of packaging materials and obsolete equipment.
• Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols, compile with data center security measures and access controls.

  Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, provide support for special projects, complete other duties as required.
• Assembly: Assist in setup and installation of computer server racks, help assemble server racks following diagrams, handle tools and equipment safely, support senior technicians with cable management.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word).
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents.
• Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Additional education or certification in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, respectful, and professional attitude.
• Availability for flexible schedule, including possible overtime.

• Lift and move heavy material, handling server trays and racks.
• Use power equipment to assist in moving heavy server racks safely.
