Make​/Punch Technician

We are hiring dedicated and motivated Prep/Make Ready positions for numerous Class A luxury communities. Our Prep/Make Ready team plays a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

• Final prep and small repairs of luxury apartments
• Drywall repair
• Paint touch-up
• Door and lock changes
• Light plumbing and electrical
• Other duties as assigned

• One year of experience in basic maintenance or general labor, with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve common issues.
• Skilled in preparing apartments for move-in by completing all tasks required to ensure units are "rent-ready".
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring each apartment is cleaned, maintained, and organized to meet quality standards for new residents.
• Experienced in performing light maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs.
• Consistently demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude to foster a welcoming and productive environment.
• Thrives in a fast-paced work setting, managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effectively interacting with residents, management, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
