As an Express Tech, you're the first step in keeping our guests safe on the road. This role handles the high-volume maintenance that keeps vehicles running smoothly and reliably.

• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, balancing and repairs, fuel filter replacements, and wiper blade replacements.
• Inspect each vehicle for other issues and communicate findings to the Service Advisor so the right action can be taken.
• Inspect lifts, compressors, and tools regularly, and report or tag out anything that isn't in safe working order.
• Comply with all safety regulations, including proper handling and disposal of chemicals and other hazardous materials, and follow Safety Data Sheet (SDS) guidelines.
• Support the team with related tasks as needed, such as keeping the work area clean, assisting senior technicians, and moving vehicles around the shop.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Express Techs who show strong skills, reliability, and curiosity can move into more advanced technician roles with ongoing training and support.

• Clear path to advancement: This role is the first step toward becoming a Master Technician, with opportunities to move up as your skills grow.
• Hands-on learning from experts: You'll work alongside manufacturer-trained technicians in a large, fast-paced shop where there's always something new to learn.
• Ongoing training and certification access: You're eligible to train for a higher-level technician role, with access to manufacturer trainings and continuous job and product education.

Technician Education Sponsorship: Eligible employees can receive financial assistance to cover approved expenses in an approved automotive program.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
