Director of Operations

Salary Range: $50,000–$80,000 annually, plus potential year-end bonus

This is a full-time Operations Manager position located on-site in Omaha, NE. The Operations Manager will oversee and improve internal processes, manage office operations, and support the implementation of strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative staff, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, analyzing operational performance, and collaborating with management to streamline workflows. The Operations Manager will also handle resource allocation, maintain quality standards, and manage client service operations within the firm.

• Strong organizational and operational management skills, including process improvement and workflow optimization
• Proficiency in administrative and leadership tasks, such as team management and resource allocation
• Understanding of compliance standards and attention to detail for adherence to industry regulations
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools and applications
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
• Experience in financial services or wealth management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field
