This position will start at $68,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

The Operations Support Specialist role serves as a strategic partner to VPs in property management. The role ensures that the operations of the properties in their assigned area of oversight comply with the standards and expectations of Seldin Company and property‑specific goals. The Operations Support Specialist should use management and leadership skills to train, motivate and empower associates to reach their goals and reach the goalsof the properties.
The VP of Property Management will give assignments for this role. Travel may be 50% or greater, depending on the portfolio's location or business needs.
- Experience with LIHTC and HUD
- Ability to travel to designated portfolio up to 80% of the time
- Five or more years of related experience in property management
- An associate degree or equivalent experience
- Self‑motivated and self‑directed to work with or without supervision
