Hybrid (part‑time on site, part‑time off site)

Provide Construction Project Management services to include construction contract administration, project management, customer service, and project development. Coordinate sub‑contractors, material suppliers, and UNMC Shops to assure that quality, budget and schedule requirements are met. This position is essential to UNMC, as it supports the effort to provide the highest quality education and research space for students, faculty, patients, guests, and staff.

Salary Grade: FP25S
Range: $93,200 – $149,100 annual

Required Education
:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field. (Will consider eleven years related education/experience)

Required Experience
: 7 years, including managing a $15 million individual project and overseeing $30 million+ in concurrent projects at one time. (Will consider eleven years related education/experience)
