Role Overview

Leadership Resources is seeking an experienced business leader to serve as an Advisor & Coach to partner with business owners, CEOs, and senior leadership teams to create and implement meaningful, actionable business strategies.

This role blends strategic advisory, facilitation, and leadership coaching. Advisors lead quarterly, in-person strategy sessions, support leaders through implementation, and serve as trusted thought partners to executives navigating complex business challenges. Our clients value advisors who bring strategic rigor, strong facilitation skills, and real-world leadership experience—especially those who have helped scale or grow businesses.

This position requires confidence, credibility, and the ability to earn trust quickly with C-level leaders while remaining approachable, empathetic, and adaptable.

Key Responsibilities Strategy Development, Facilitation & Implementation
  • Facilitate quarterly, in-person, full-day strategy sessions with client leadership teams.
  • Lead implementation of the Accelerate Operating System (Accelerate OS), including teaching, facilitating, and coaching leaders on the process and tools (in person or virtually).
  • Partner with CEOs and executive teams to clarify vision, strategic priorities, and long-term direction.
  • Translate strategic thinking into clear, actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Prepare thoughtfully for client engagements while remaining flexible and able to pivot based on real-time client needs.
Strategic Analysis & Insight
  • Analyze internal performance, organizational capabilities, and operational effectiveness.
  • Assess external variables including market conditions, competitive dynamics, industry trends, and broader economic forces.
  • Synthesize complex information into practical, executive-level insights and recommendations.
  • Help leaders identify growth opportunities, anticipate risks, and make informed strategic decisions.
Leadership Coaching & Advisory Support
  • Provide ongoing leadership guidance, executive coaching, and team coaching to owners, senior leaders, and leadership teams.
  • Coach individuals and teams with diverse learning styles in both group and one‑on‑one settings, with a strong focus on interpersonal dynamics, trust, communication, and healthy working relationships.
  • Help leadership teams navigate conflict, alignment challenges, and relationship‑based barriers that impact strategy execution and performance.
  • Serve as a trusted sounding board and thought partner for leaders and teams between strategy sessions.
Client Relationship & Performance Management
  • Develop and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with C‑level leaders and leadership teams.
  • Track, manage, and report metrics related to personal performance and client outcomes.ml

  • Identify, communicate, and elevate client challenges, concerns, or at‑risk situations appropriately.
Communication, Collaboration & Representation
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members—verbally and in writing.
  • Produce high‑quality written communications, including emails, articles, or other client‑facing content.
  • Speak and deliver presentations to groups of all sizes.
  • Identify potential additional client needs and involve appropriate team members.
  • Represent Leadership Resources at community events while consistently modeling our Core Values.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates while independently managing responsibilities, schedule, and deliverables.
  • Maintain a high‑level of organization to communicate with clients before, after, and in‑between sessions.
