Operations Manager Night Shift

We are looking for an Operations Manager Night Shift who will:

• Report to Design Delivery Center Director to contribute towards overseeing the daily work processes, procedures, volumes, and deadlines for the department.
• Be accountable for day-to-day production and service delivery within the Design and Delivery Center (DDC), ensuring client commitments are met while driving operational excellence and financial performance.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for production and client issues and partner closely with Sales, Client Services, IS/Development, Marketing Services, Finance, Supply Chain, and Postal Affairs to deliver high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective print and mail output.
• Build, coach, and develop high-performing teams and shape the DDC's evolving operating model.
• Monitor departments daily. Identify and report on inefficiencies and successes.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, including maintaining safe working environments.
• Be responsible for adherence to contractual SLA & OLA standards. Any potential deviation must be escalated and followed up with appropriate documentation.

• Have a minimum of 10+ years of production leadership experience, at a supervisor or lead level with print and mail or production expertise.
• Has experience working in a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to assess situations and make decisions quickly and can manage workloads to meet contractual Service Level Agreements and OLAs.
• Open to working a Night shift work schedule with on call responsibilities.
• Can use a personal computer and has a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, and can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift. Able to bend, stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
