Accounting Leader - West Omaha

In this position, you will report to the Controller and work closely with the CFO and CEO. Your responsibilities include financial accounting, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, fixed assets, and CAPEX analysis and reporting.

We seek a proactive individual who is committed to success and passionate about leveraging technology and process improvements to increase efficiencies across accounting and the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with executives, operational management, and staff, while driving change and implementing new methods and processes to enhance all aspects of the company.
