What You'll Be Accountable ForDelivering Projects Right — The First Time
- Coordinate internal teams and field leadership
- Keep projects progressing smoothly through each phase
- Documentation is accurate
You will own cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
- Monitor budgets and forecasts
- Manage change orders and cost reporting
- Identify risks early and address them proactively
- Work meets project specifications.
- Address challenges constructively
- Maintain strong, professional working relationships

You’ll have the opportunity to use your expertise, analyze information carefully, and make informed decisions that protect both the project and the client.
Qualifications- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Mission Critical experience preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred
