Warehouse Manager – Omaha, NE
Groundworks is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate warehouse functions for a branch location, supporting productivity related to foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.
Location: 13831 Chalco Valley Pkwy, Omaha, NE 68138
Responsibilities- Complete tasks related to warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations, and within the warehouse.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Organize inventory area and tool room based on operational best practices.
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff.
- Ensure receipt, coordination, and safety of incoming goods.
- Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities.
- Coordinate with Branch Management and Senior Management to assess labor and output needs.
- Work with all departments and locations across the organization.
- Read and digest reports, data, statistics, and similar information.
- Provide leadership and build relationships critical to the organization’s success.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle issues proactively, and follow through on projects to completion.
- Operate a forklift or be trained to do so as required.
- Occasional travel.
- Essential function: regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
- 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
- Knowledge of current OSHA regulations; forklift operator license preferred but not required.
- Understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing, and related products is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required.
- Comfortable with computers, tablets, and relevant software.
- Manual and physical role; may require lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to and around 50lb or more; walking and standing for extended periods.
- Full-time, onsite position.
- Base salary $60,000–$65,000 DOE with annual bonus potential.
