Warehouse Manager – Omaha, NE

Groundworks is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee and coordinate warehouse functions for a branch location, supporting productivity related to foundation repair, waterproofing, and concrete restoration.

Location: 13831 Chalco Valley Pkwy, Omaha, NE 68138

• Complete tasks related to warehouse and distribution of materials to crews, customer work locations, and within the warehouse.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Organize inventory area and tool room based on operational best practices.
• Supervise and manage warehouse staff.
• Ensure receipt, coordination, and safety of incoming goods.
• Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities.
• Coordinate with Branch Management and Senior Management to assess labor and output needs.
• Work with all departments and locations across the organization.
• Read and digest reports, data, statistics, and similar information.
• Provide leadership and build relationships critical to the organization’s success.
• Prioritize conflicting needs, handle issues proactively, and follow through on projects to completion.
• Operate a forklift or be trained to do so as required.
• Occasional travel.
• Essential function: regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.

• 2–5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Knowledge of current OSHA regulations; forklift operator license preferred but not required.
• Understanding of structural foundations, waterproofing, and related products is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive light commercial vehicles as required.
• Comfortable with computers, tablets, and relevant software.

• Manual and physical role; may require lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying up to and around 50lb or more; walking and standing for extended periods.
• Full-time, onsite position.
• Base salary $60,000–$65,000 DOE with annual bonus potential.
