Partner with the leadership team to maximize profitability by leveraging technology, process improvements, and innovation across the company's five segments: sales, construction & installation, maintenance contracts, service, and parts.

Work closely with the President and leadership team to evaluate, value, complete due diligence, acquire, and integrate strategic acquisitions and dealerships, expanding geographically and becoming a dealer for OEMs serving the same target customers.
