Lead & Elevate Shared Services
Provide strategic leadership across IT, HR, Marketing, and Office Operations, ensuring each function is aligned, well‑supported, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Information Technology (IT)
Guide innovation, infrastructure, and cybersecurity while driving automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
Human Resources (HR)
Support a people‑first strategy focused on growth, engagement, and a strong ownership culture.
Marketing
Ensure brand, communications, and go‑to‑market support align with business growth goals and strategic initiatives.

Drive Operational Excellence

Leadership & Team Impact
You’ll lead and develop shared services leaders while fostering a collaborative, ownership‑driven culture:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and drive results

This role is primarily office‑based with occasional travel for collaboration, client visits, and company events.
