Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming to provide critical engineering services to strengthen national security, support economic growth, and mitigate disaster risks focusing on flood management, environmental restoration, and military construction across the Missouri River Basin. The USACE NWO mission is to deliver vital engineering solutions, in collaboration with partners, to secure the nation, energize the economy, and reduce disaster risks by focusing on a diverse array of missions, including flood risk management, navigation, hydropower, environmental restoration, and regulatory oversight.

Seeking Program Manager candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as USACE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Position and Pro Sidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time Pro Sidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Program Manager) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS
- Ten (10) States:
Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Program Manager | Environmental Management [USACE
001006] Serve as a member of The Engagement Team as "Key Management Personnel" and work to oversee project lifecycle, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and manage resources effectively. Team Pro Sidian shall designate one (1) individual as the Program Manager that serves as a single point of contact for coordination of program issues with The Client. The Program Manager shall be responsible for the overall management of the contract including cost, schedule, and technical quality.

The Program Manager shall be competent, experienced, and knowledgeable in the full range of ERS activities from investigations, to studies, designs, remediation, short-term operations, and maintenance, and with the specific activities identified in this contract. The Program Manager shall take immediate corrective action when performance is not acceptable to The Client. The Program Manager shall oversee the development and implementation of record-keeping, administrative and QC programs.

The Program Manager will provide an annual report to The Client Program Manager that shall include details on subcontracting executed under awarded delivery orders. The Program Manager shall have cost reimbursement project and/or cost reimbursement program experience.

Desired Qualifications For Program Manager | Environmental Management [USACE
001006] Candidates:

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects; strong leadership and communication skills. The Program Manager shall be a full-time (FT) W-2 Employee of Pro Sidian Consulting (The Prime Contractor); have a college degree in engineering, construction management, geology, chemistry, or a related field; and shall have a minimum of five (5) years as a Program Manager on Environmental Remediation Services (ERS).

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications 10+ years in project management, PMP certification preferred. | Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.
