As a Manager in Training, you will lead the way in training and supervising our enthusiastic store teammates. You will oversee computer‑based and on‑the‑job training, uphold essential policies such as attendance, safety, and uniform standards, conduct safety and policy meetings, and ensure smooth, efficient store operations. You will also enjoy opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities- Provide store‑level leadership to teammates through coaching, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, store‑level marketing, guest satisfaction, and full profit & loss responsibility.
- Recruit, interview, and develop a high‑performing team; use recruiting tools, sound interview techniques, and retention strategies.
- Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and meet business needs.
- Set an example of exceptional guest service, including appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
- Maintain building, equipment, and grounds in good condition.
- 3+ years of retail management experience; automotive experience is a plus.
- Experience with and proven results for a profit and loss center.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teammates.
- Excellent communication skills with guests and at all organizational levels.
- Willingness and ability to comply with all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Ability to perform additional duties as assigned.
