Front-End Lead
Supportive, diligent, and eager to help, you're a natural team player excited to contribute to a culture of accuracy. A bit of a perfectionist by nature, you don't often let things fall through the cracks. You thrive in a structured environment with defined guidelines and goals, and the ability to clearly track your progress only fuels your greater engagement and growth.
We like plants, people, and beautiful spaces. John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we're as committed as we've ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we're a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world.
And we have fun doing it.
As the Front-End Lead, you'll report to our Front-End Manager and work to build a team of Front-End team members that moves our customers accurately, efficiently, and congenially through the registers. You'll offer training and guidance to our seasonal Front-End Team Members – all in line with our vision to be the most loved plant shop in the country.
