Position SummaryThe General Manager is responsible for overall branch leadership, ensuring strong operational performance, financial accountability, regulatory compliance, and delivery of exceptional customer service. This role develops and supports employees, drives branch profitability, manages customer and employee escalations, and ensures alignment with company goals, policies, and standards.
Responsibilities- Oversee daily branch operations and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, sales targets, revenue budgets, and KPIs, while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and accountable work environment.
- Grow, train, and develop management and staff, ensuring all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, company policies, and procedures, with training records properly maintained.
- Ensure branch compliance with local, state, and industry regulations, including licensing requirements, safety standards, and business laws.
- Manage customer escalations, employee relations matters, and operational challenges, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues and incidents, uphold company service standards, and work to maximize branch profitability and overall performance.
- Partner with regional leadership to execute company initiatives, support growth objectives, and drive continuous improvement within the branch.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 2+ years of management experience in the pest control industry.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
- Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
- High School Diploma or GED.
Capable of regularly lifting up to 50 pounds, with occasional heavier lifting. Requires clear vision for both close and distant tasks, with adjustable focus. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform physical tasks, and manage repetitive motions. Exposure to pesticides, chemicals, pests, mold, allergens, and structural hazards; safety gear required. Moderate noise level in the work environment.
Benefits- Competitive pay:
Base pay ranges between $85,000 - $100,000. - Weekly pay – paid every Friday.
