Program Manager IV

Our client, a leader in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager IV- to join their team. As a Program Manager IV-, you will be part of the Program Management Office supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. Location: Omaha, NE (5 days onsite every week)

Pay Range: $93.5

• Engage across all organizational levels to define, align, and execute program strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor while influencing decisions, aligning priorities, and ensuring transparency on program performance and risks.
• Synthesize complex information into clear, visual narratives that drive alignment and enable enterprise-wide decision-making.
• Develop and manage integrated program roadmaps, aligning strategic initiatives with detailed release plans in partnership with project managers.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives with a hands‑on approach, ensuring practical execution and operational adoption.

• Proven experience in program management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging technical and business audiences.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives and visual reports.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, applying best practices to manage risk and ensure delivery excellence.
