Regional Operations Manager

Aurum Construction, the self-perform structural concrete division of Goldenrod Companies, is looking for a Concrete Operations Manager to lead and grow our Midwest operations.

This isn’t a traditional operations role. We’re looking for a leader who can oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, drive operational excellence, and help scale a rapidly growing structural concrete business. Backed by Goldenrod Companies, Aurum has a strong project pipeline and an ambitious vision for continued expansion throughout the Midwest and across the country.

• Provide operational oversight for structural concrete projects across the Midwest.
• Lead and mentor Superintendents, Project Managers, and field leadership.
• Drive project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Partner with executive leadership on staffing, operational strategy, and business growth.
• Improve processes and build scalable systems as the company continues to expand.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams.

• Extensive experience leading commercial structural concrete operations.
• Background in cast-in-place concrete, foundations, podiums, parking structures, industrial, mid-rise, high-rise, or tilt-wall construction.
• Proven success managing multiple projects and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and operational planning skills.
• A builder’s mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
