Job Description:
A rapidly growing restoration company is seeking a Reconstruction Director to lead and scale its reconstruction division in the Omaha, NE market. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proven construction leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving operational excellence, and leading strategic growth. The company currently generates over $20M in annual revenue and is only capturing a fraction of the reconstruction opportunities available, creating tremendous upside for the right leader.
Info/Requirements:- Leadership experience within reconstruction, restoration, or construction operations.
- Previous experience as a Senior Project Manager, Operations Manager, Reconstruction Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Strong commercial and residential reconstruction/construction background.
- Experience managing multiple projects and leading project management teams.
- Experience with Xactimate is a plus.
- Contractor's license is a plus or willingness and ability to obtain one.
- Confident, driven leader with the ability to motivate teams and build accountability.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Must reside within 30–45 minutes of the Omaha office.
- Lead and oversee all reconstruction operations for the Omaha location.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four Project Managers, with plans to expand the team as the division continues to grow.
- Build structure, accountability, and operational processes within a rapidly expanding reconstruction department.
- Oversee both commercial and residential reconstruction projects from inception through completion.
- Partner closely with estimating and operations teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Drive operational growth while maintaining exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
- Increase production capacity to capture additional reconstruction opportunities currently being turned away.
- Play a key leadership role in expanding the reconstruction division from approximately $4M in annual revenue to $5M and beyond.
- Support leadership initiatives focused on long-term growth, team development, and operational excellence.
- Competitive base salary
- Quarterly bonus equal to 0.5% of Gross Profit.
- Annual growth bonus based on year-over-year sales growth.
