What You’ll Do- Lead daily store operations to ensure efficient workflow, top-quality service, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and mentor team members - including technicians and service advisors - to achieve sales and service goals.
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and problem-solving.
- Monitor store performance metrics (sales, productivity, customer satisfaction) and take proactive steps to drive improvement.
- Manage budgets, inventory, payroll, and financial reporting to meet profit goals.
- Maintain full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and MAP (Motorist Assurance Program) guidelines.
- Promote safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all areas of the store.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive service management or a related field.
- Proven success leading teams in a retail or service environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of automotive systems, service operations, and financial management.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- ASE Service Consultant (C1) certification preferred.
- Degree in Business, Automotive Technology, or related field preferred.
