Salary Range: $45,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
The Day Service Manager oversees daily operations of My Life LLC's day services programs, ensuring participants receive services consistent with their Person-Centered Plans and that documentation and compliance requirements are met. The role ensures services are delivered consistent with federal home and community-based services requirements, including community integration, participant rights and choice, and person-centered service delivery. The role manages assigned day services staff, including supervisory staff and Direct Support Professionals, with responsibility for scheduling, coaching, performance accountability, and documentation oversight.
The Day Service Manager provides direct participant support when operationally necessary to maintain required staffing ratios, within current training and certification.
The role serves as one of the agency's certified MANDT instructors, delivering initial certification and recertification training for assigned staff and reinforcing MANDT principles in daily operations through supervision, coaching, incident debriefing, and modeling of de-escalation practices. Instructor training and certification are provided after hire.
The Day Service Manager works closely with Quality Assurance and Health Services functions and escalates matters exceeding the role's authority to agency leadership.
Required certifications: MANDT, CPR/First Aid, and Medication Aide (Nebraska), obtained and maintained per time frames established at hire.
