Wholesale Area Manager | HVAC Distribution | Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Illinois Markets | 12 branches
Seven Executive are partnered with a large national HVAC distributor looking for a Wholesale Manager to lead wholesale operations across the region, based in Omaha and covering Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity overseeing wholesale performance across 12 branches
, working closely with branch managers, sales leaders and area managers to drive operational performance, sales growth and consistency across the region.
- Leading and developing branch operations across a multi-location network
- Partnering with branch managers and sales leadership to improve performance
- Driving wholesale sales strategy, measurement and accountability
- Supporting P&L performance and overall branch profitability
- Building stronger communication and collaboration across the branch network
- Recruiting, developing and retaining high-performing teams
- Resolving conflicts and creating a consistent, accountable branch culture
- Connecting individual branches to the broader Central Plains regional strategy
- Spending significant time in the branches and building trusted relationships with local leadership
The ideal candidate will come from a multi-branch distribution environment and understand the intersection of operations and sales. HVAC distribution experience is highly relevant, but backgrounds in electrical, roofing, plumbing or other distribution businesses will also be considered.
We're looking for a leader who is comfortable being in the field, communicates consistently, builds trust quickly and can bring multiple branches together around a common strategy.
Compensation: $130,000-$150,000 base + $30,000 incentive opportunity
