Duties
Supervises, plans, directs, organizes, assigns, coordinates, and reviews the work of subordinate employees engaged in construction operations, contract administration, technical engineering, and administrative work.
Manages the Corps Quality Assurance program for all construction work that takes place within the assigned geographical area.
Has full authority to represent the Contracting Officer to provide the necessary contractual direction.
Assumes full responsibility for administering the District's Safety Program for the Resident Office and all assigned projects.
