Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team in a fast‑paced startup environment where balancing priorities is key. We manufacture lifesaving medical devices for hospitals, focusing on the assembly of a chest blood pump used in surgeries. As an Assembly Technician, you will work primarily with plastic components, performing tasks like gluing, cutting, and inserting tubes, along with labeling. This entry‑level position is part of an interdisciplinary team and offers room for growth with multiple levels of expertise.
Responsibilities- Assemble disposable medical supplies, primarily plastic components.
- Perform gluing, cutting, and inserting tubes.
- Apply labels to products.
- Complete extensive paperwork to ensure product traceability and functionality.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
- 1 year of experience with small hand assemblies.
- Experience using tools for tasks such as screwing, gluing, or soldering.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a clean room environment.
- Ability to work with assembly components and glue.

Work EnvironmentAssembly Technicians work in a clean room environment, requiring a hairnet, gown, and specific shoes. The position follows a schedule of 7:00 am to 4:30 pm from Monday to Thursday, with mandatory Fridays from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. Every other Friday is paid as overtime, offering a balanced workweek with opportunities for additional earnings.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.
