. In this hands‑on role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment and facility systems to keep operations running efficiently and safely.

• Strong mechanical and electrical background, including experience with HVAC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery, including CNC machines, PLCs, and VFDs.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and fabrication equipment.
• Familiarity with safety standards such as LOTO, OSHA, and NFPA.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training.
• Willingness to travel between sites and work flexible hours, including overtime and occasional weekends.

Maintenance Technicians are individuals with strong mechanical and electrical background, capable of independently completing tasks and working as part of a team responsible for a range of highly diversified and technically challenging duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing and facility equipment (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, etc.). This includes repairs to all production machinery and equipment (basic mechanical repairs, electrical repairs, electronic control system repairs) as well as general upkeep of facility infrastructures, power distribution, plumbing, lighting, compressed air distribution systems, etc.

They provide preventive and corrective maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components of production machines and equipment such as metal fabricating machine tools and material‑handling systems.

• Qualifications to work with low voltage (control), single and three phase AC/DC 110‑480 Volts and adhere to safety standards (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA, local codes, etc.).
• Inspect, test, diagnose, and troubleshoot production equipment, listening for unusual sounds to detect malfunctions.
• Gather information from operators, supervisors, and other technicians to understand normal operation of machinery/equipment.
• Follow safety protocols (LOTO) and use applicable schematics to dismantle machines, repair or install parts, and clean serviceable points (bearings, shafts, chains, belts, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical apparatus such as transformers, wiring, and electronic components.
• Understand integration of CNC machining centers, PLCs, VFDs, and automated lines to solve equipment issues in a timely manner.
• Knowledge of robotics, fully automated systems, and light programming (desired but not required).
• After crashes or during PMs, reestablish manufacturer specs; perform realignment when necessary.
• Proficient with hand and power tools, electrical measurement equipment (multimeter, voltmeter, amp meter, oscilloscope, meter), pressure gauges, calibration instruments, and precision machining tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Operate lathes, grinders, drill presses, milling machines to repair or fabricate parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools.
• Operate cutting and welding equipment (torches, plasma cutters, SMAW, TIG, MIG) and follow hot‑work permit procedures.
• Hold certifications for material‑handling equipment (cranes, lift trucks, scissor lifts, booms, etc.)—training and certification provided by the company.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, maintenance work orders, and emergency repairs.
