Bianchi Candle Brands is currently seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team, contributing to our mission of creating exceptional candles that illuminate homes and create unforgettable moments. The Warehouse Manager will use their in‑depth knowledge of staff management techniques and manufacturing protocols to ensure production success.
This position is full‑time Monday - Friday 8a-5p in‑person, located in our facility in Omaha, Nebraska. Weekend/travel work could be a possibility.
Reports To:
This position reports to the Director of Transformation.
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, storage, and order fulfillment to ensure efficient and accurate workflows.
- Assign tasks and manage workflow to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Lead by example in work ethic, pace, and attention to detail.
- Ensure all batches are produced according to approved formulas and SOPs.
- Develop, implement, and enforce OSHA‑compliant safety protocols, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Track production output and report progress to management.
- Prior experience in Warehouse preferred.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards, with demonstrated experience implementing safety programs in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Forklift certification preferred; ability to operate and oversee safe use of warehouse equipment a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
