Warehouse Clerk Day Shift

Perform receiving function, equipment maintenance, and keep the warehouse organized and neat.

Maintain accurate daily and month‑end reports.

Stage jobs and manage the flow of materials distributed to the production floor.

Responsible for unused materials returned from the production floor; maintain the tracking log and process materials flagged for destruction.

Create special reports as needed, audit inventory, troubleshoot discrepancies, and place jobs on hold when material supply is insufficient.

• Dependable and willing to work a 12‑hour rotating shift schedule of 6 AM – 6 PM, including some weekends and holidays. Overtime opportunities are available.
• Comfortable with a rotating work schedule: 2 days on, 2 days off; then 3 days on, 2 days off.
• Proficient personal computer skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Able to stand or walk for 95% of the shift, bend stoop, and lift materials between 25–50 lbs regularly.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
