Operate metal shop machinery such as lathes, mills, drill presses, punch presses, saws, shears, plasma cutters, and press brakes;
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure accuracy and quality;
Set up machines, adjust tools and feeds, and inspect parts to meet specifications;
Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety procedures;
Work with welders and assemblers to keep production running smoothly
