Production Operator - Card Production

At FNBO, our employees are the heart of our story—and we’re committed to their success. This position is part of the Embossing team and is responsible for creating credit, debit/ATM, and third‑party cards for FNBO and its affiliates using Entrust embossing and inserting equipment.

Available shift hours fall between 4:00am–12:30pm Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts or shifts outside these hours may be required based on business need. The team operates in a highly secured onsite location under general supervision and continuous security camera monitoring.

• Operate Entrust MX6000/MX8100 card production machines and DPP software.
• Operate Entrust DX5100 inserting machine.
• Perform normal equipment maintenance and initiate fixes when necessary.
• Balance and inventory plastics used for production.
• Monitor quality control of all computer‑generated output and report problems to management.
• Prepare outgoing credit cards for mailing.
• Research and update returned account correspondence.
• Update accounts with bad addresses using the Embossing Address Change program.
• Receive, sort, and distribute all returned mail.
• Distribute customer requests for FNBO products and services to the proper department.
• Adjust work sequences within overall schedules to optimize productivity.
• Solve various machine and non‑machine problems that arise during the workday.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong reading, analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in Production Control Operations is desired.
• Experience using automated inserting equipment.
• PC experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, TBS) and typing skills are strongly desired.
• Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Work is performed onsite within a highly secured facility in downtown Omaha. Physical demands include lifting up to 65pounds occasionally and standing/walking for the majority of the shift.

Base pay range: $35,715.00‑$53,572.00. Final compensation depends on experience, education, and skill level.
