3rd Shift 8pm-6am Mon-Thurs Will train on 1st shift
$20-26/HR plus $2 Shift Differential
Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding techniques to fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts and structures with precision and efficiency. This role demands adherence to strict safety standards and quality controls while interpreting welding blueprints and specifications accurately. The MIG Welder will work with a variety of metals to manufacture components that meet client and industry standards.

Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding to join metal parts according to blueprints and work instructions.
- Inspect and prepare materials for welding, ensuring proper fit and alignment.
- Operate and maintain welding equipment, including MIG welders, safety gear, and tools.
- Identify and correct any welding defects or inconsistencies to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production schedules and quality goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Document and report all work done, including weld specifications and quality inspections.
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with MIG welding techniques and equipment operation.
- Strong understanding of welding safety standards and practices.
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality welds consistently.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials safely.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
