* ** _What's the Job?_*
* **- Operate fabrication machinery including CNC lasers, waterjets, press brakes, rollers, punch presses, milling machines, grinders, and saws*
* **- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to produce accurate fabricated components*
* - Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and squares to verify precision

- Maintain accurate inventory transactions, labor reporting, and material tracking through ERP systems

- Support continuous improvement efforts and adhere to 5S, safety, quality, and ISO standards

** _What's Needed?_*
* **- 1-2 years of experience in a fabrication or job‑shop environment*
* **- Ability to safely set up and operate a wide range of fabrication machinery*
* - Strong time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic algebra, geometry, and metric conversions

- Familiarity with ERP systems and willingness to complete forklift and overhead crane certification
