Job Description Installation Technician Pay: $20–$27/hr DOE1st shift

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (Overtime available after shift)3rd shift

Monday - Thursday, 8p-6aJoin a team that builds and customizes high-performance boom trucks! We're looking for an Installation Technician who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in precision craftsmanship.

What You'll Do:

Install and modify hydraulic valves, cylinders, and control systems according to customer specifications and mechanical drawings.

Perform basic 12V electrical wiring and troubleshooting.

Use precision measuring tools and equipment to ensure quality and accuracy.

Inspect, repair, and adjust new or existing products to meet project requirements.

Maintain tools and equipment and keep a clean, safe workspace.

Collaborate with teammates and support continuous improvement in safety and efficiency.

What You Bring:

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Working knowledge of hydraulics and basic 12V electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.

Team-oriented attitude and clear communication skills.

Must have own tools.

Preferred:3+ years of experience working with hydraulic systems in a job shop or equipment assembly environment.

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the day.

Ability to lift, carry, and position parts and tools from floor level to above shoulder height.

Comfortable working in various positions — standing, kneeling, lying on your back, or reaching overhead.

Use hands and arms to grasp, turn, pull, or manipulate tools and parts.

Ability to climb on and off trucks, ladders, or platforms safely.

Stand and walk for extended periods in a shop environment.

Perform physical tasks safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
