Reports ToQA Supervisor
SummaryCoordinate and supervise pre‑operation examinations, resolve product and process issues, and communicate with USDA inspectors and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with HACCP, BRC, and third‑party customer standards, maintain documentation, and facilitate sanitation meetings.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Review and verify that all work orders are complete with no missing information.
- Verify all records associated with pre‑shipment.
- Prepare and print final USDA reports.
- Email all deficiencies to upper management.
- Assist in reviewing, updating, and generating procedures.
- Monitor product test results for non‑conforming product.
- Assure compliance with HACCP, BRC, SOP, and GMP standards.
- Facilitate sanitation and HACCP meetings.
- Communicate findings to senior site management.
- Refer to BRC documents 960‑960A, 960A, 240, 241, and 124 as applicable.
- Be willing to work floor technician or sampler duties as needed.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions satisfactorily.
- Regulatory background is helpful.

- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- Desirable quality experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to train and motivate personnel.
- Solid attendance record required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Interpret technical instructions in multiple formats.
- Analyze, prepare, and present food safety data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Move around facility, sit, use hands, reach, climb, speak, and read.
- Occasionally lift up to 10, 25, or 50 pounds.
- Maintain color vision and depth perception.
- Speak on the phone confidently.
- Combination of corporate and manufacturing settings.
- Occasional exposure to cold, humid conditions, fumes, mechanical parts, and vibration.
- Moderate noise level.
- Eight or more hours per day, Monday through Friday with frequent weekend work.
