Set up the feeder end of the press and ensure readiness for operation;
Check roll size and roll basis weight at press and prepare rolls for press;
Keep the press unwind loaded with paper and ensure ink and cylinders are ready for changeovers;
Maintain housekeeping and safety around the press area; manage scrap disposal;
Assist other press crew with changeovers and mounting tasks; train new press helpers as needed
