Inventory Coordinator
Responsible for improving the material flow of raw materials, components, work in process, and finished parts in receiving, manufacturing, and shipping. Inventory coordinators ensure machine operators and shippers have the required products, materials, equipment, and supplies, aligned with established policies and standards. They oversee inventory management processes and resolve any issues that arise. They identify and remove bottlenecks to flow, ensure discrete tasks are executable, and report to and advise company management.
Essential job functions include championing company mission, vision, and values; identifying and correcting inventory inaccuracies; auditing transaction processes; executing continuous improvement projects; demonstrating regular attendance; and working well with others.
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED or equivalent qualifying experience.
ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Required SkillsDemonstrated ability to communicate professionally, navigate applications and software, solve problems analytically, be highly organized, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Oracle or other ERP and basic level of Excel.
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, upstairs, downstairs, factory floor; overtime as needed.
