• Operate fabrication machinery including CNC lasers, waterjets, press brakes, rollers, punch presses, milling machines, grinders, and saws.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to produce accurate fabricated components.
• Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gages, and squares to verify precision.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions, labor reporting, and material tracking through ERP systems.
• Support continuous improvement efforts and adhere to 5S, safety, quality, and ISO standards.

• 1–2 years of experience in a fabrication or job‑shop environment.
• Ability to safely set up and operate a wide range of fabrication machinery.
• Strong time‑management skills with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and perform basic algebra, geometry, and metric conversions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and willingness to complete forklift and overhead crane certification.

• Wages: $22 - $24/hr DOE.
• Shift: Monday‑Thursday 1:00pm – 11:00pm.
