Insert Operator – Night Shift

The role requires setting up and operating printing machines, completing required documentation, processing client statements and mail, and maintaining machine settings to meet quality and productivity standards.

• Set up and operate printing machines.
• Complete required documentation for each job.
• Process client statements, letters, and documents to meet or exceed departmental standards.
• Process mail in accordance with postal regulations to secure discounts.
• Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and productivity.

• Dependable and able to work a 12‑hour rotating shift (6 PM–6 AM), including weekends and holidays; overtime opportunities available.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Physical ability to stand or walk for 95% of the shift, bend, stoop, and lift 25‑50 lbs frequently.
• Basic math calculation skills.
• Proficient in English for a business environment.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

12‑hour rotating schedule: e.g., work 2 days, then 2 days off; work 3 days, then 2 days off.

Pay range: $16.69 – $26.70 per hour, plus a 12% shift differential for the night shift.
