• Manage repair and maintenance of manufacturing facilities and equipment, including installing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic equipment, tools, and instruments.
• Plan and prioritize work orders and schedule overall repair and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime and disruptions.
• Lead and coordinate teams of maintenance professionals, overseeing two or more direct reports.
• Monitor and achieve operational and financial results for the maintenance area.
• Conduct people‑management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
• Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production settings.
• Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS.
• Interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures that affect maintenance work units.
• Develop schedules and performance requirements and may have budget responsibilities.
• Interact frequently with internal personnel and external representatives, presenting and participating in meetings to resolve operational and scheduling issues.
• Ensure safe quality food requirements are met by following plant rules, processes, hygiene, and allergen procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Participate in SQF root‑cause and corrective actions arising from customer complaints, audits, validation, and verification activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is a plus; equivalent work experience accepted.
• 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or similar industrial environment.
• 3+ years of leadership experience overseeing maintenance teams or skilled trades.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems used in production settings.
• Experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs using a CMMS.
• The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
