* What You’ll Do:

*** Inspect and prepare tires for the retreading process.
* Operate specialized retreading equipment to buff, repair, and reapply new tread to tires.
* Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards.
* Maintain and clean work areas, tools, and machinery.
* Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
* Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines

* What You Bring:

*** Previous manufacturing experience beneficial.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety guidelines.
