Machine Operator

Entry‑level machine operator for a temp‑to‑hire opportunity. Responsible for operating production equipment, inspecting and packaging products, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

• $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

  : $17.50–$19.50 per hour (depending on experience)

• Drug screen required

• Client interview required

• Machine operation and production work
• Product inspection and packaging
• Set up machinery to job specifications
• Monitor production equipment and printed materials
• Rewind printed material rolls to customer specifications
• Prepare orders for final QC inspection
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety regulations
• Assist other departments as needed

• Steel‑toe shoes required
• Jeans and t‑shirt acceptable
• Must be presentable
• No holes, tears, or ripped clothing

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred; strong work ethic and attendance
• Ability to communicate, read, and write in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a ruler and pass basic math aptitude test
• Lift up to 75 lbs
• Pass background check, drug screen, hearing test, vision test, color‑blindness test, and physical exam

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Will train motivated entry‑level candidates
