Manufacturing Production, Machine Operator
Work in a clean, safe, temperature-controlled plant and have 3-day weekends. Machine Operators play an integral role in ensuring our machines are running at optimum capacity;
Machine Operators assist in observing safe and efficient operations of equipment. This position has the support of any of the following:
Manufacturing Line Leads, Spider, Production Supervisors and Management. We want you to succeed.
Job Duties

- Observes safety and security procedures;

- Follows instructions, responds to management direction;
Takes responsibility for own actions. - Asks for and offers help when needed.
- 6 months’ experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive position (e.g., construction, distribution warehouse, equipment/machine operator, farmhand, freight handler or other positions which require continuous activity and lifting).
- Proficient in basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including some overtime as required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Must pass a post offer drug test and background check.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to stand on concrete floors with fatigue mats for 8 to 12 hours at a time.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and to push or pull up to 400 pounds (181 kilograms) or equivalency utilizing a manual cart.
- Able to frequently grasp objects. Must possess sufficient visual and audio acuity to work safely and accurately in an industrial environment.
- The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 4:30pm - 2:30am.
- This position starts at $17.00/hour + $1.00/hour shift differential.
