You will work in pairs and with great autonomy within the workshop. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the entire manufacturing process. Working proactively, you will ensure a high level of product quality in compliance with safety and hygiene rules.

- Follow the production instructions ordered by the production manager.

- Record the operations performed on internal production documents.

- Communicate with support services (quality, safety, maintenance) and management in case of problems (breakdowns, malfunctions, etc.).

- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the workplaces, handling equipment, and all provided equipment.

- Ensure the conformity of finished products: quantity and quality aspects (color, smell, organoleptic, etc.) of the products used and alert management of non-conformities.

- Perform the necessary material samples for internal or external quality controls of the products.

- Eliminate production waste in appropriate channels.

- Be versatile (after a training cycle) on different internal positions (loading, etc.).

- Ensure the cleaning and organization of the workshop and production areas by performing preventive cleaning.

You are committed to quality, attention, and vigilance towards your colleagues and your work tool.

You have previous experience in a similar industry (ideally in the agro-food sector) or a degree in the field of industrial production.
