Molding Assistant- 3rd shift

This role helps run plastic molding machines and supports daily production by sorting, inspecting, assembling, and packing parts.

• Run and monitor plastic molding machines
• Mix materials correctly and safely
• Start and end jobs following proper procedures
• Inspect parts to make sure they meet quality standards
• Read simple drawings and use calipers to measure parts
• Label boxes, pack products, and complete basic paperwork
• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules
• Help with other tasks as needed

• Strong attention to detail
• Good work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to do basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand/walk most of the day
• Able to read and follow safety instructions in English

Preferred:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of injection molding experience

This job takes place in a manufacturing warehouse. You may need to wear safety shoes, glasses, gloves, and hearing protection.
