CNC Laser Operator
$18-$22/hour – Temp-to-Hire
About This OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of CNC laser equipment used in metal fabrication. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality parts efficiently and safely.
Bonus Opportunity- $350 Attendance Bonus for perfect attendance during the first 30 days

: $18-$22/hour (depending on experience)

Monday‑Thursday, 2:30 PM‑12:30 AM (Off Fridays)

Pre Employment Requirements
:
- Drug Screen Required
- Background Check Required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Client Interview Required
- Valid Driver’s License
- Set up and operate CNC laser machines for metal fabrication
- Retrieve and run machine programs accurately
- Select and maintain proper gases, nozzles, lenses, and tooling
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor machine repairs
- Produce high-quality, zero‑defect parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools
- Complete work orders and production documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Operate forklifts and maintain certification as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels
- Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and metal fabrication materials
- Adherence to all workplace safety standards and procedures required
- Experience operating CNC laser equipment required
- Ability to use direct‑read measuring devices
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes and concepts
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
- Forklift experience or ability to obtain certification
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to read blueprints
- Related manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Constant use of hands and fingers
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs constantly
- Ability to lift 21‑50 lbs frequently
- Ability to lift 51‑100 lbs occasionally
Ability to wear required PPE including:
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
- Steel‑toed boots
