• Work safely at all times and participate in safe operation and safety improvement of the plant.
• Follow all personal and equipment safety policies, GMP, Food Safety/HACCP, and sanitation policies.
• Be available to work overtime as needed.
• Lift 50lb flour bags routinely and comprehend written/verbal instructions.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting for MAC production line equipment.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, electric walk‑behind pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.
• Perform required preventative checks and repairs (greasing, oil level checks, minor adjustments).
• Conduct thorough blowing down and cleaning of assigned work areas.
• Carry out Master Sanitation duties, daily checks, and critical sanitation tasks.
• Assist in packaging, warehouse, and other skilled positions as assigned.
• Track production, food safety checks, and work activities using paper and computer records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety critical control points for products being produced.

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Willingness to keep work areas neat and organized.
• Safety conscious, dependable, cooperative, and an able team player.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new programs.

• Ascend and descend stairs and ladders; climb steps and extensions.
• Lift up to 50lbs and exert force of 20lbs.
• Stand, walk, rotate, bend, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach regularly.
• Perform tasks in various indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Use PPE, including dust masks; maintain a clean shaven appearance when required for respiratory protection.
