This is a Full-Time, in-person employment position.

• Operating our Various CNC Plasma Machines
  • C&G Systems Challenger Plasma Table
  • Bend-Tech Dragon A400 Pipe and Tube Cutter
  • Blue-Roc Track Torch
• Optimizing cutting order and processes to meet required deadlines.
• Use and adjust pre‑made .ENC and .DXF files when required.

• Proven experience as a CNC operator, preferably with plasma cutting machines. Photos or videos of past work are highly encouraged.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in a fabrication environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Have the ability to adapt to changing job requirements.
• Ability to operate a forklift, willing to train.

• Provide clean, organized and accurate pre‑cut material to fabricators.
• Perform with little to no supervision.
• Ensure machines are maintained and in working order.
