Papillion Foods is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our production team. We have openings for:
- Process Checkers (Line Food Quality Assurance)
- Forklift Drivers
- Machine Operators
- Extra Gang (cover spots in different areas within a department)
Shift schedules and hours may vary by department.

Job Duties and Responsibilities- Operate production equipment, forklifts, or other specialized equipment safely and efficiently while following established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality inspections, verify product specifications, complete required documentation, and report quality concerns or production issues to supervision.
- Safely move, stage, and transport materials, ingredients, finished products, and packaging throughout the facility as assigned.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and basic troubleshooting to support efficient production operations.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and sanitation programs, including GMPs, HACCP, and company policies.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), powered industrial equipment, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area while supporting continuous improvement and production efficiency.
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Food Safety & Quality teams to meet production goals and perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in refrigerated production areas and around food products
- Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds

- Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)
- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
- One year of consistent production experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment.
- Machine operating experience
- Forklift experience
- Food quality assurance experience
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, reading, writing, speaking
